Book 1 Excerpts ; Gossip Girl
But Serena was barely listening anymore. Her dark blue eyes scanned the room, looking for the two people she wanted to see most, Blair and Nate.
Finally Serena found them. Nate was standing by the doorway to the hall [...] Nate was looking directly at Serena, and when her gaze met his, he bit his bottom lip the way he always did when he was embarrassed. And then he smiled.
That smile. Those eyes. That face.
“Come here,” Serena mouthed at him, waving her hand.
Her heart sped up as Nate began walking toward her. He looked better than she remembered, much better.
Nate’s heart was beating even faster than her’s.
“Hey you,” Serena breathed when Nate hugged her. He smelled just like he always smelled. Like the cleanest, most delicious boy alive. Tears came to Serena’s eyes and she pressed her face into Nate’s chest. Now she was really home.
Nate’s cheeks turned pink. Calm down, he told himself. But he couldn’t calm down. He felt like picking her up and twirling her around and kissing her face over and over. ”I love you!“ he wanted to shout, but he didn’t. He couldn’t.


第一本：绯闻女孩
可是Serena根本听不进去，她深蓝色的眼睛扫过整个房间，找寻着她最想见到的那两个人，Blair和Nate。
Serena终于看到了他们，Nate站在大厅的门口，直视着Serena，当她的目光和他相遇时，他尴尬地咬了咬下唇，转而露出一丝微笑。
是那个微笑，是那双眼睛，是那张脸。
“到这边来。”Serena一边挥舞着双手，一边对他做出这样的嘴型。
当Nate向她走过来的时候，她的心狂跳加速。他比她记忆中的还要帅，帅上很多倍。
Nate的心跳得甚至比她的还要更快。
“嘿~”当Nate 抱住她的同时，Serena打了个招呼。他身上的味道还和以前一样，很干净，很美味的样子。她的眼眶一下子充满了泪水，她的头紧紧地贴在Nate的胸上，现在，她是真的回家了。
Nate的双颊变得绯红。冷静一点，他对自己说，可是他无论如何都冷静不下来。他很想抱起她旋转好几圈然后吻在她的脸上，一直吻。“我爱你！”他很想要大声地喊出来，可是他没有，因为他不能。

Blair had forgotten how pretty Serena’s hair was. How perfect her skin was. How long and thin her legs were. What Nate’s eyes looked like when he looked at her- like he never wanted to blink. He never looked at Blair that way.

In the six-minute interval between the bell signalling the end of Latin and the bell signalling the beginning of Gym, Nate slipped into the computer lab at the St. Jude’s School for Boys. Every Wednesday, he and Blair had grown accustomed to e-mailing each other a quick love note (okay, it was Blair’s idea), to help them get over the hump of the boring school week [...] But today, Nate wasn’t even thinking of Blair. He wanted to see how Serena was doing. Last night she had left a message on the answering machine in his room while he was watching a Yankees game with his friends. Her voice had sounded lonely and sad and very far away, even though she lived only a block and a half away from him. Nate had never heard Serena sound so down.

She lay down on the bed. ”I am so tired,” she said. She patted the bed next to her and slid over to give Nate room. “Come lie down and tell me a bedtime story?”
Nate put the ballerina down and swallowed. Breathing in the scent of Serena’s room with Serena in it made his heart hurt. He lay down next to her, their bodies touching. Nate put his arm around Serena and she kissed his cheek, snuggling in close. [...] Nate lay still, with his eyes open wide, his mind racing. He wondered if he and Blair were officially broken up now. He wondered if he kissed Serena right now, full on the lips and told her he loved her, how she’d respond. [...] Nate cast his eyes around the room, taking in all the familiar well-loved objects that he’d grown up seeing and forgotten all about. [...] The little burn mark he’d made in ninth grade on the white canopy hanging from her bed.


Blair似乎早已忘记Serena有着怎样漂亮的头发，怎样完美的肌肤，怎样细长的双腿。当Nate的双眼望着她的时候 – 似乎他都不需要眨眼，就一直那样直直地盯着她看。他从来没有那样看过Blair。

在Latin语的下课铃和健身课的上课铃中间的6分钟的时间里， Nate遛进了St.Jude中学的电脑室。每个礼拜三，他都会和Blair写一封短小的情书邮件给对方（好吧，这都是Blair的想法），以此来给无聊的一周增加点情趣。可是今天，Nate早已把Blair抛到了脑后，他想要看看Serena此时在做什么。前一天晚上，当他和他的朋友们在他的房间看Yankees队的比赛的时候，他偷偷给她打了电话留言，她的声音听起来很可爱，却又很悲伤，而且是那么的遥远，虽然她的家和他的只相隔一栋楼。他从来没有听到过她如此无精打采的声音。

Serena躺在床上，“我好累啊。”她说。她往旁边挪了挪，给Nate腾出来一些地方，拍拍身边的位置，“来躺在这边，给我讲个睡前故事，好么？”
Nate放下手中的鸡尾酒，咽了一口唾沫。和Serena同处一室，吻着她的香味，这让他有些心痛。他躺在她的旁边，身体碰触在一起，Nate伸出胳膊搂过Serena，而她吻了他的脸颊，依偎得更紧了一些。【…】Nate依然躺着，睁着眼睛发呆，脑海里思绪如飞，他在想，此刻的他和Blair可不可以算是正式分手了呢？如果他此时此刻吻在Serena的嘴唇上并且告诉她自己爱她，她会作何反应呢？【…】Nate环视着四周，拿起一件件小时候无比钟爱的那些熟悉却被遗忘了的物件。【…】那个他在九年级时在她的床上造成的永久的印记。（他俩第一次时的血印）

Book 2 Excerpts ; You Know You Love Me
Dan lay on the sofa bed, listening to Charlie snoring softly beside him. Across the room Serena was sleeping in one of the double beds with Anthony, or was it Nate? He couldn’t tell. Her mouth hung open in the pillow and he could see her teeth glistening in the moonlight. [...] He wanted to get up and write a poem, but he’d left his notebook behind. He’d thought he’d be too busy enjoying himself with Serena to want to write anything serious this weekend. He was just about to learn that nothing nothing ever turns out the way you think it’s going to.
[..] Dan threw off the covers and stood up. On his way to the bathroom, he walked past the bed were Nate and Serena were sleeping. It was definitely Nate- he could see that now. And on the pillow between them were their hands...clasped tightly together.
They were holding hands in their sleep.
She had woken up in the hotel bed holding Nate’s hand. When he’d opened his eyes a moment later, they’d smiled at each other, and Serena had known everything was going to be all right between them. There was still Blair to contend with, and they would never be as close as they once were. Things were different. But the look of distrust was gone from Nate’s eyes, and so was the look of longing. She was just an old friend. She was safe.

Dan躺在沙发床上，听着身边Charlie轻微的鼾声，穿过这个房间，Serena和Anthony睡在一张双人床上，那Nate又在哪里呢？他不能 说，她的嘴半张着贴着枕头，他可以在月光下看到她洁白的牙齿。[...] 他想要起来写一首诗，但是他没有带来他的笔记本。他以为这个周末他会和Serena因为享受时光而没有时间来认真的写些东西。可是他却终于知道，没有事 情，会按照你所想象的去发展。
[..] Dan掀开被子站起来， 在去浴室的路上，他恰好路过Nate和Serena正在睡觉的床。那绝对是Nate - 他可以清晰地认出来。他们的手放在隔在中间的枕头上，紧紧的握在一起。
他们在睡觉中都牵着手
她在酒店的床上牵着Nate的手醒来。当他睁开眼睛后过了一小会儿，他们相视一笑， Serena知道他们之间不会有任何的事情发生，因为有Blair在，所以他们永远不该像曾经那样亲密。事情不像想象中那样，Nate眼中流露出信任和渴 望，她只是一个老朋友，她很好。

第三本 所有的一切我都想要
当她把嘉宾名单递给Kati的时候，Serena的眼睛不经意地看到了最上面的那个名字：Nathaniel Archibald。话说回来，Nate这几天到底死哪去了？她内心嘀咕着。他必须要来参加她的party，没有他的新年倒计时是毫无意义的。

Nate简洁的卧室里面的小柜子上的手机铃声再一次响起，已经9条语音留言了，都是Jenny家的电话号码，Nate一次也没有接听过。可是这次响起时屏幕上闪过的号码不一样。
Nate飞奔过去抓起手机，他总是很开心能够接到Serena的电话。


好吧……并不应该说是原著中【所有】NS情节，更应该说是【经典】……从第3本直接就跳到第十本了……记 得第7本应该还有试衣间XOXO的呢……o(╯□╰)o

Book 10 Moments
'Serena couldn't believe her eyes---it was almost as if she'd conjured him. Nate stood in front of them, his eyebrows furrowed, brushing the splinters off the seat of his khaki shorts after jumping the wooden fence between the two properties. "Natie!" Serena ran over and threw her arms around him, forgetting how completely naked she was. He hugged her back, awkwardly patting her bare shoulder.'
'The fact that Nate wasn't looking at her made her feel even more naked. She'd never clamored for Nate's attention, but she'd wanted it. She'd always wanted it.'

'She'd woken up this morning to the sound of Blair's giggles, but when she'd asked what was funny, Blair had sighed and said, "Just Natie." Natie?'

'It wasn't that she didn't like him. Honestly, she did. But love was unmistakable, and at that time, there was only one boy she could ever truly love. Then, and maybe now, too..'

'He loved Blair.
Serena would never have guessed Nate Archibald was so in touch with his emotions...
Serena felt a sinking feeling in her stomach, like when the road falls out from underneath the car more quickly than you're prepared for: it was her birthday---almost, anyway---and it was her party---technichally, anyway. She was the one who deserved a little love and affection, didn't she?'

第十本 瞬间
Serena不敢相信她的眼睛，这就像是魔术一样。Nate突然出现在他们的面前，他挑了挑眉毛，跳到两栋房子之间的栅栏上，拍了拍黄褐色的短裤上面沾着的土。“Natie！”Serena忘记此刻自己几乎是全丄裸着的，飞奔过去用胳膊搂住他。他转过身也紧紧地搂住她，有些笨拙地拍着她的家那边给你。
Nate不敢正视她，这让她觉得自己更加的赤裸裸一样，她从来没有要求过她的关注，可是她想要，她一直都想要。

她被Blair咯咯地笑声吵醒，当她问有什么事情这么好笑时，Blair呼了口气说，“Natie而已。”Naite？

并不是说她不喜欢他，她喜欢的，只是，爱没有对错，那个时候她的真爱只能有一个。不过，大概，现在，也还是一样。

他爱Blair。
Serena从来没有想过Nate Archibald有这样的感情。
Serena觉得胃里不停地翻滚着，就像路突然断开了，而你所做的车却开得特别的快，超出了你所能承受的范围。几乎就要到她的生日了，这个是为她而办的 party啊。她只是想要拥有一点点的爱和一点点的感情，难道她不配拥有么？
