第一关介绍满满地都是对北约废柴的嘲讽

Mission2: Pushing the Boundaries
NATO held territory near the Russian border in northeastern Europe.
Counter-NATO operations, securing the border, first entry – General Mikhail Maximovich Kozlew#The unexpected has happened, we find ourselves in an open confrontation against NATO forces. Their army base is under our control but the situation is still very unpredictable. Our immediate goal at hand is to push forward into NATO territory. Command believes this will keep their forces disorganized and unable to properly fortify Tyl, a key city in the region.

任务2:突破边境

意外发生了，我们发现自己在公开对抗北约部队。他们的军事基地在我们的控制之下，但局势仍然难以预料。我们目前的直接目标是推进进入北约领土。司令部认为，这将使他们的部队处于无组织状态，无法对该地区的关键城市提尔进行适当的防御。

目前看来，俄军任务的背景可能从俄罗斯-波罗的海三国边境转移到了加里宁格勒地区附近，或者两者皆有。反正波罗的海沿岸是跑不了了。

Komandir Kuznetsov, G.O.U. speaking, the Germans are planning to destroy the bridges ahead of you in order to stop our advance! Make sure you capture these vital positions!

Mission 4: "Wearout"

Counter-NATO operations, securing the border, appendix 2 – General Mikhail Maximovich Kozlew# For the past 9 months NATO counter attacks pushed us back. Based on latest intel, enemy forces will attempt to retake Tyl from our grasp. Moscow confirms large reinforcements are on the way to help our position. Our troops will have to hold this city at all costs until they arrive.

任务4:“磨损”

在过去的9个月里，北约的反击把我们击退了。根据最新情报，敌军将试图从我们手中夺回泰尔。莫斯科证实大批增援部队正在赶来帮助我们。我们的军队必须不惜一切代价守住这座城市，直到他们到达。

第四关是一场防御战。在俄军加里宁格勒的驻军控制了Tyl后，北约迅速开始了反攻（很难看出是德军、美军还是都有）。俄军主力要跨越白俄罗斯和波兰（如果向他们宣战了；不过目前看来这还只是边界冲突而不是全面战争），或者海运（比较可能）到东普鲁士前来增援——看来北约的确费拉不堪，波罗的海制海制空权都没保住。虽说这就在俄军家门口，俄军火箭弹就能把波罗的海诸国炸平了。。。

Mission 5: Siege of Kayingrad

Counter-NATO operations, securing the border, appendix 1 – General Mikhail Maximovich Kozlew#Approaching the harbor. Heavily outnumbered Russian Troops have pulled back to Kayingrad right when the first fighting began last winter. Soon NATO troops layed siege on the city also securing the whole area around it, especially the nearby vital entrance to the lagoon. NATO immediately started fortifying the area as they themselves wanted to use the harbor for reinforcements and also wanted to cut off the city from Russian reinforcements via sea.

任务五:围攻凯因格勒
凯因格勒，欧洲东北部靠近俄罗斯边境的港口城市。

我正在接近港口。就在去年冬天第一场战斗开始的时候，数量上严重不足的俄罗斯军队已经撤回到Kayingrad。很快，北约部队包围了这座城市，同时也控制了它周围的整个地区，尤其是附近至关重要的泻湖入口。北约立即开始在该地区设防，因为他们自己也想利用这个港口增援，同时也想通过海上切断与俄罗斯增援部队的联系。

所谓Kayingrad，名字应该就是源于kaliningrad，加里宁格勒（原东普鲁士科尼斯堡，二战后被割让给苏联）。任务中提到北约控制了港口并围攻城市，所以城中俄军需要一边守城一边夺回港口，使援军能够顺利抵达。
