I’ve been digging out some of my drums I haven’t played in a while and was re-introduced to this rad 15” ludwig snare.
When I started playing it I discovered that it had a loose screw that was rattling and bouncing around in the drum and delivering a much cooler ghost note pattern than I could ever play. It felt so fitting for this year and how I’ve felt lately. I was both humbled and inspired, so thanks old drum.
I hope you all are staying happy and healthy and maybe even finding small gifts in life’s moments that aren’t necessarily “correct”.
