时隔半年，再次找到Supercell的客服

Dear Dimitris:
I opened a big box between 10 o'clock and 12 o’clock in today morning, but I didn't get any of the rewards .The system stole my suitcases! 😨😨
Maybe, there is a Crow in that box, in this case, my loss is very serious!
I love Supercell very much, I love Brawl stars very much. 😱💔
I've been in the test so far for a whole year, but the system has a BUG to steal my reward. 😢😫
Maybe I missed Crow really? I hope I can get the corresponding compensation～～～😄🤠

I just had a quick look at your Brawl Box Log and Brawlers Log and did not find any problems in your account and in your Brawl Boxes Logs.
However, I can see from the logs that you opened a couple of boxes yesterday and below you will find all the items you unlocked in case you didn't have the chance to see them.
