一开始我以为这是轻松向的小短篇，直到作者一步步透露出故事背景。在这个社会里每个人在找到命运指定的"complete", 也就是另一半之前，都会被划分为imcomplete, 社会对incomplete施加了很多压力，从他们那里剥夺了很多权利。一个人的complete是被设定好的，在碰到那个人的一瞬间你就会看到你们共同生活的未来。一切都是被设定好的，命运设定你们应该在未来的某一刻相爱，爱情仿佛是一种义务。Tom和Hermione在这种背景下相遇了，他们都已经有了自己所谓的complete，却在一次次相遇中不断地被彼此吸引，命运不允许他们在一起，所以他们一次次相遇，一次次遗忘，一次次找回记忆，一次次重新相爱。不被允许的爱情如同野草般肆意生长，他们想要的是这份完全出于free will的感情，想要的是未知，而不是已经被设定好的人生轨迹，可是命运一次又一次地横亘在他们的面前。
