I wonder who wrote that skelebook【zarla.deviantart.com/art/Knew-that-d-come-back-to-haunt-me-612886261】? It doesn't seem to have an author listed. Oh well, it probably doesn't matter.
Technically it should be ITC Zapf Dingbats but I thought that looked ugly so I trimmed it down. Can you imagine a skele named Runes of the Dragon though? Maybe they'd go by RD or Rune or something.
Poor Papyrus has always had trouble reading【zarla.deviantart.com/art/No-second-thoughts-now-590054571】. The first page of the book has this if you're curious:
