[I have tried my best to write this essay as simple as possible, I hope you guys can understand why I don't use Chinese, the school do has some things that make students and staffs frustrating]
As you guys know, Anqing 916 Junior high school is one of the best schools in Anqing City. The reason parents would rather spend much more money on this education is that the school has lots of responsible staffs. Today I want to talk about the situation about this school and some social phenomenons.
When I just graduated from primary school, there are two ways to go for me. I choose this school, because of its fancy outward and the active and interesting students who often hang out at Tieba. The most important thing is that the school has combined the education system with Anqing No.1 high school[shorthand: A1hs]. This also is the most common thoughts for parents to send their kids to this school. I have to say, and I love this school, but I don't love the system of the school.
When I was in this school, An uncle told me there was a good teacher, and he was from A1hs. I was so pleased to join the school that can help myself get good growth in all kinds of fields. Just after one year, the teacher was absent. And I didn't feel upset because the relation between he and me wasn't totally good. All I was waiting for are new staffs except my Chinese teacher. I have to demonstrate that my Chinese teacher Panjie is such a good teacher who effected me a lot. One of my relations was super worried about it because of the leaving by the teacher, not until did this person realize that new teachers have vitality and they cared about their own wage therefore they have to keep the teaching grades up. Under this system. All the decisions are by the politics of school, inculdes the public security of the school~
The things I want them expose in public are in following. All old guys in Tieba should know that there has already been a big protest activity in Tieba in 2013 is that the establish of politics of the school. The duty of this organization is helping students lead teens to go successfully and set up some meaningful activities for students. These were no expression to demonstrate that the Politics of the school did a good job. And the Politics of the school gave stress on staffs and dismiss plenty of staffs. I want to say that didn't have and good influence for students. Most leadership at school just pays attention to the money not education for students. Such as last year, the school dismissed lots of good teachers and gave more tasks for teachers so that they can reduce expenditure. I don't want talk it exactly. Do you guys remember a stupid staff wants to reach the position of our great-great-great-great schoolmaster?
Another thing is that before I went abroad, the Politics are so sucked they DON'T want to give me the permission and Results proved. And then, something through some ways make this possible. Just was a phone call.
Finally, all I want to say it that SOME of the staff in Politics they so suck and faking. All they want is money, all they afraid of is higher position. They have to pretend to some dogs to welcome higher position visiting the school and wanna play a stupid role in front of the students and staff.
If you want to go to this school, please go ahead. This is a good school, and there are lots of good students and good staffs. The teachers here are magnificent, and they are responsible.
Please never care about the bad things cause from Politics of school, SOME of them are stupid.
