10.24.真他妈烦，昨晚又翻来覆去睡不着，要怒了。寝室很安静，心里也没什么事啊，为啥就是睡不着。难道是因为耍得太安逸了，没跳insanity，身体不累，所以睡不着。嘛，白天也没有困的感觉，但是睡不着心里还是好烦啊。昨晚刚要睡着了，梦里脚踩空，老子就脚一踢，醒了啊！！！！然后就睡不着了，大脑皮层活跃得很，一会想这一会想那的，哎……睡不着就想上厕所，上了厕所想喝水，又上厕所……寝室太安静，听着自己的心跳声都嫌吵……睡眠不足食欲强，运动欲弱……然后长胖，恶性循环……他妈的十月要完了，我觉得我没有变化啊！！！！

10.24.这个月没出血了，当然，前两个月我也没怎么出血。昨晚吃的那个卤肉面好好吃，今晚也想吃但是太远了。所以在食堂打了面，又加了个卤蛋，啊，面煮的太过了，软趴趴的不好吃。最后一两口时已经饱了，但我还是吃完了……嘤，这热量。晚上跳08，加油吧！！！

10.24.insanity08 D44 50分钟。开始感觉还不错，一路都做的比较好，但是到三四十分钟的时候就觉得胃难受，今晚吃多了，感觉胃胀，想吐，到50分钟时就已经hold不住了，胃越来越难受，只好停下来，所以60分钟的运动只做了50分钟。明天一定要少吃，继续加油吧。

10.25.早安，运动是良方，昨晚睡得挺好的，十一点差不多就睡着了，但是半夜被寝室那个奇葩的磨牙声吵醒了，真想去踢她几脚。后来又睡着了，但是做了些记不清的梦，一个映像特别深刻的是我觉得脖子痒，就抠鼻子……也不知道到底抠没抠。好吧，中午就考试了，上午加紧看题。加油。

10.25.中午因为考试太忙，匆匆忙忙只吃了一小碗玉米粥两个小包子，下午啃了个苹果还是有点饿。还是吃正餐好。晚上一个人跳操，加油！

10.25.insanity09 D45 55分钟。累，爽，搞笑的是中途记错了一个动作，做漏了一个动作，侧式俯卧撑还是不行，中途有停顿，每次吃饭时觉得自己吃的不多，做操的时候就知道了，我去，又到喉咙口啦。明天继续加油，少吃点哦！！加油！

10.26.早，昨晚睡得还好，但是半夜醒这个坏习惯……嘛，还好，做了蛮多梦。今天继续加油。

10.26.今中午吃的热拌菜，吃到后面时已经饱了，但还是吃完了……嘤，好撑，晚上少吃点。
