I spent a great time in Paris. As I told you before, Christophe moved from the center of Paris. He still has his studio intown, but he is now also shooting right at his house.
His new house is about 200 km from the center of Paris, so we were driving for about two hours. Yes, it was a little bit far, but I was happy that we would be shooting new pictures again.
The first day we worked on some crazy fine art fetish pictures and we got some really great pictorials. The second day was a little bit hard because I was lazy :-(( and it was a little bit cold and every now and then I could not feel my neck :-( . I didn't know what was wrong with my neck, but maybe it was a cold. The second day I couldn't move with him, and it took about 3 or 4 days for it to get better and be OK. But sometimes it really hurts me, and I cannot move from my bed.
Right now, it is not so horrible, but I'm still fighting it :-( .The last day I was shooting something completely different :-) and it was a great idea of Christophe's. We were working on shooting a fairy tale, and of course, it had nudity at the end. I won't tell you anything more about it because it will be my surprise for you, and you will see everything in the near future in my Member area. Of course, you will have to check my News, too.
Walter (make-up artist) was great, as usual, and he did a great job, as usual. I'm not sure if I told about his dog. It is a crazy little dog named Gaja, and I have never seen any dog like her :-) . She is so funny, and every night she wanted to go to bed with me :-) .
When I got back home, I went straight home, of course, but Friday I visited my house to see how things were coming along. I was surprised, because they have really done a lot.
A few months ago, I got a good contract with a great fresco painter. I hired him to make a big fresco for me from Peter Paul Rubens. I have some pics for you, so visit my Behind the Scenes area to see them. The name of the fresco is "Daniel In the Lions' Den."
Rubens was a painter who was the greatest exponent of Baroque painting's dynanism, vitality and sensuous exuberance. His work is a fusion of the traditions of Flemish realism with the classical tendencies of the Italian Renaissance. Though his masterpieces include portraits and landscapes, Rubens is perhaps best known for his religious and mythological compositions. I decided on him, not just because I love his works but I think I have a lot of similar qualities with this picture. First thing is that I am fascinated with animals like lions. Secondly, a lion is my birth sign, and finally, Daniel is the name of my brother.
Next week, November 2nd, I will fly to London, but I will be back very soon, the following day, in fact. I'm going there to shoot for a magazine, so cross your fingers for me, that my fans in the U. K. have a chance to see me in their magazines, too.
I am still waiting on my visa to the Bahamas and will call them on Monday. So, I hope to get them soon.
Sunday night I was checking my e-mails and got a great offer from Mystique. I will work with them again soon :-) which is great!
They want to hire me for a shoot in Africa. They are planning to go there next year, in the middle of May. I will spend 16 days with them and we will be shooting in and around Nairobi, Kenya.
