                        中午4000个,对了双飞50多个吧,也许60多个,不会数啊。总之最后一次连着30个,大概是我最好记录了

                            今天晚上但愿能坚持两轮insanity。 我说实话郑大妈的操我跳了真心没用。我跳完连心跳都没快。除了哑铃操和拉伸操,有氧系列的已经被我抛弃。
                            不过话说回来,要好好做郑大妈的哑铃操和拉伸操。 主要很难找得到系统的女子哑铃训练的视频。郑大妈的哑铃操是不错的。 至于拉伸,我根本就没有柔韧性,连最基础的都做不了。接着慢慢来吧。
                            insanity的周期据说是两个月,估计我会延长到4个月,要做到明年3月了。希望能让我到时候减到50kg
