I don't think he hates Lin. I just think he is not a great coach. He does not seem to have a clue how to coach in close games down the stretch. He gets outcoached all the time in key situations.
He doesn't seem to know that not making stupid comments about your starters is important.
He will never win a ring as a coach. He will never make it out of the second round.

我不认为他讨厌林，我仅仅认为他不是一个伟大的教练。他似乎在比赛最后的胶着时刻没有一个明确的执教思路。比赛的关键时刻他就不知道怎么当教练了。
他好像不知道在比赛的关键时刻不使用和信任自己的首发是很愚蠢的。
他这样执教绝不可能赢下一个系列赛，永远过不了第二轮。
