我只找到ASUS Splendid Utility的解决办法：
在安装文件夹中找到ACOVS.exe程序，运行，你会被提示
**Don't click "OK" if your system is running fine** If you have problem using
Splendid Video Enhancement Technology with other applications, click "OK" to
increase compatibility. Click "Cancel" to return default settin**“cancel” 之后再运行ACVT.exe，程序即可正常启动。
