合成一种新型氨基三甲叉二膦酸二甲酯膦铵阻燃剂,并用核磁共振表征其结构。该阻燃剂整理的棉织物在阻燃剂用量为40%时,极限氧指数为38.7%,按照AATCC 61—2013 2A洗涤标准洗涤50次之后,极限氧指数仍然保持在31.5%。红外光谱、X射线能量色谱和耐久阻燃性显示阻燃剂通过共价键接枝在了棉织物上,以及膦酸酯基团降低了阻燃剂NH4+与水中钙镁金属离子的交换。扫描电镜观察和X射线衍射结果表明阻燃剂整理对纤维结构仅有较低影响;热重分析和锥形量热分析显示阻燃剂的阻燃机理是典型的凝聚相阻燃机理。因此,与只含有膦酸铵基团的阻燃剂相比,新型氨基三甲叉二膦酸二甲酯膦酸铵阻燃剂能够赋予棉更强的耐久性。在含有膦酸铵的阻燃中引入膦酸酯基团是提高阻燃剂耐久性的有效方法。
