大林木因顺行、逆行的关系，共配了三种长生十二神煞，虽同是大林木，因神煞的不同在个性的表现上，就有所不同。
大林木即~树林之意，有党成林，树要成林，非三五棵或八九棵就能成为树林，必须聚集数百棵、千万棵方能称林，也就是说大林木坐命之人，很适合走群众路线、也有人在团队中喜欢搞小团体，而自己则是团体中的意见领袖。大林木之人，兄弟宫、仆役宫相当重要，这2宫若煞星交驰，只怕一群烂林聚众，这一生要受制於朋友了。
戊辰大林木（坐衰）：
