没有上下语境的情况下，什么时态都是对的，你用have spent/will spend/would have spent都无所谓。
我理解你的顾虑，因为spend+具体时间/金钱一般表示的是一种习惯性动作，这里换成spent会更常见一些，但也不代表spend语法上是错的。
比起这个，我更在意的是你这教材为啥要在computer games前面加the，根本没必要。

是 spend一般用过去式

我觉得这里应该用spent，因为例句汉语是“花了”，是过去时，对应的英语也应当用过去式spent。
