Communication is the process by which people exchange information or express their thoughts and feelings.
Express is to show or make known a feeling, an opinion .etc. by words, looks and actions.
So,knowing how to communicate and express is the first step to study for us .

Study YES OK or YES AND ,not NO BUT

小王子：看到别人不好时 要反向思考她的好

小王子想要获得我很富有，很棒的认知，他永远呆在他的星球上就好，如若想改变认知，则需要勇敢走出自己的小世界，才会发现外面的世界更加美好丰富。
所以，希望明年的自己能够跳出现在的舒适圈， 尝试不同的职业。

So I wish I could pluck up my courage to go out my comfort zone when conditions are favorable.

I used to be very sacred of silence because I felt it was my responsibility to keep people That definitely spawns from an insecurity in When people aren't enjoying themselves,when I am involved, it somehow comes back to it being my fault but I do want people to have a good time.
