先看微软说的下限（实体机）：Surface Pro（1）-Windows 8
Surface Pro 2、3-Windows 8.1
Surface Pro 4-Windows 10 1507
Surface Pro 5、6-Windows 10 1703
Surface Pro 7（不确定）-Windows 10 1909
Surface Pro 8、9...-Windows 11 22H2
Surface Pro 1、2、3的下限目前无人打破
Surface Pro 4和5的下限曾经有大神给过方法（打破至Windows 8.1），可惜在surface吧我找的时候已经不见了
本人是Surface Pro 6，试过下限其实可以到1507，再下的会有问题，用SP5的方法解决-BOOTMGR（BCD）正常，进系统黑屏
那么，就从Surface Pro 6开始讨论，怎么打破下限到Windows 8.1。
