#安利食谱# 茶叶熏鸡制作;
①取5g香葱段与花椒、盐一起磨,制成葱椒盐备用;
②整鸡处理干净沥干水分,放入焙碟中,将葱、椒、盐均匀地撒在鸡身上,并向鸡身内填入葱段、姜片,抹上老抽(20ml)、黄酒(20ml),以牙签封口,腌制20分钟,然后把鸡直接放到蒸滤锅中;
③6升汤锅中放入适量清水,加上蒸滤锅,盖上正反两用锅盖开中火加热,待出现蒸汽后旋转锅盖转小火,把鸡蒸至八成熟时取出;
④将茶叶(15g)、红糖(30g)放入6升汤锅中,再架上蒸滤锅,继续加热约20分钟把鸡熏入味,取出整只鸡,往鸡身上刷上芝麻油,然后斩成小块装盘,就可以上桌啦!
