Jake因画了一张大胸女生的画而受到学校处罚。Alan不得不提前关闭生意去学校把Jake接回来。Charlie说：what a drag。意思是好一个拖累，或好无趣。

Berta: Do Catholic priests make good babysitter?
Alan与Charlie闹了点矛盾。当Alan向Berta诉苦时，他说不知道Charlie会不会同情他。Berta反问到：天主教神父是不是好的照顾孩子的保姆？这里Berta是在影射天主教神父时有发生对儿童性骚扰的案件。
3. I'm rubber, you're glue.
Alan见到Charlie的新女友，那个邪恶的女巫。Alan对她说：I'm rubber, you're glue。这句话是孩子吵架时的用语。Alan只是说了前半句，背景的笑声是因为后半句是众人知晓的。整句话是：I'm rubber, you're glue. Whatever you say bounces off me and sticks you! (我是橡皮你是胶。你诅咒我的话都会反弹 回去，粘在你自己身上)。当然成年人吵架不会用这个，Alan说出纯属搞笑了。
