As a family member of an AT&S employee,I have a few questions for AT&S middle and senior leaders:
1、领导层是否存在PUA现象?是否当着很多人的面打压员工?是否把对员工的私人情绪带到工作中?
1.Is there a PUA phenomenon in the leadership? Is there any oppression of employees?Do leaders bring personal emotions about their employees to work?
2、工作量合理吗?我的家人工作日每天加班,回家仍工作至晚上十一、二点,周末也要加班一天,唯一的休息日也无时无刻被工作打扰,即便是这种强度,工作依然做不完,请问是我的家人工作能力有问题,还是工作量太大?这算是压榨员工的剩余价值吗?
Is the workload reasonable? My family works overtime every day on weekdays,and my family still works until eleven o'clock at night after returning home. My family also works overtime on one of the weekends,even if it is the only day off, my family will be interrupted by work all the time. But even so, my family's work is not done. Is there something wrong with his work ability? Or is it too much work? Is this squeezing the residual value of employees?
3、半夜经常打电话是公司鼓励的行为吗?在第二个问题的基础上,就连我家人的睡觉时间也经常被打扰,半夜经常接到工作电话,这种行为同时也已经影响到我了。当然,这种问题不止发生在我家人身上。
Is calling frequently in the middle of the night a behavior encouraged by the company? Building on the second question, even my family's bedtime is often interrupted, my family often gets work calls in the middle of the night. This behavior has also affected me. Of course, this problem doesn't just happen to my family.
4、离职率最高的部门是哪个呢?公司有了解过他们离职的真正原因吗?我的家人从一个躺下就能睡着的人,到现在居然会睡不踏实,这其中的种种原由,我都非常清楚,因此,我已经在劝我的家人离职了,因为我不想有一天我的家人猝死在工作的时候。
Which department has the highest turnover rate? Has the company ever understood the real reason for their departure? My family went from being a person who could fall asleep while lying down, but now my family can't sleep well. I know all the reasons for this, so I'm already trying to persuade my family to quit. Because I don't want my family to die suddenly at work one day
5、公司是否认为员工只需要工作,不需要生活,是否认为作为员工,就要把所有的时间献给公司?
Does the company believe that employees only need to work, not to live, and do you think that as employees, they should devote all their time to the company?
6、中国的《劳动合同法》规定每月加班时长不超过36小时,公司是否违反了法律?
China's Labor Contract Law stipulates that overtime hours should not exceed 36 hours per month. Has the company violated the law?
