It has been a long time that I did not keep a diary and talk to myself. I realize that since I watched a video about mental problems. The talker said some symptoms which match my current situation. Also,he gave the recommendations to address such troubles. One of these is to keep a journal. So I am here to record my daily activities and my aims. I know I have a lot of things to do,but I even did not address one thing. Hoping the diary chould help me to heal myself then achieve my aims♥️
