你把三楼的改改，加上定冠词，把in改成On.把drunk with改成addicted to就行了，写的还是很规矩的。还有把Anyway改成 so in conclusion，因为这是写作不是口语。

In short, the point is to be aware that making friends through the Internet can be both advatages and disadvantages. Taking and developing the former would be the better choice than trashing it at all.

再补充修改一下，...would be a better choice than trashing this friend-making way at all. 比较好，这样语义更清楚一些。
