when you but a car choose a hybird or fuel efficient model
take a shorter shower. use a timer
turn off lights, tv and computer when you leave a room
wash laungry in cold water. air dry clothes if possible
only run the dishwasher when it is full
change lights to compact flourescent light bulbs
twice or more a week enjoy a vegetarian meal
save and plant trees. reduce, reuse and recycle paper
ride school bus or public transportation whenever possible
use a fan on warm days and use less AC
reduce the use of air conditioning and heat in your car
ask your power company if they offer clean energy
remove your name from catalog and junk mailers
carpool whenever possible
drive the speed limit - turn off the engine when you are parked
vacation closer to home. limit flying
