I still stick to the popular opinion on OU that Nelena is just publicity stunt, the timelines is too coicidentally matched with his album out and her tour started, and they goes to the paparazzi hotspot, it almost seems like begging for your pic to be taken and being talk on the gossip site on purpose to be more popular.
Duh, it's more than obvious she has crush on David, there's lots of bts pics that showed she secretly staring at him.
They seems got closer in season 2 and towards the end of season 2 somehow I felt their 1ncesty vibes are stronger than before, perhaps that's why the producer reduces their scenes together in season 3?
Btw here's interesting comment in OU :

拜托,很明显她对David很有好感,很多幕后照片都拍到她悄悄盯著他看.
他们第二季时好像亲密了很多,第二季后期我甚至觉得他们比之前更像乱(和谐)伦了,难道因为这样所以制作人才减少他们在第三季的对手戏吗?

A+ comment! mte on everything. She's even releasing I Won't Apologize as a single, and he's rumored to be doing the same for Rose Garden. I mean, that's just suspect. No matter what people say about how niley fans are b0yc0tting his cds and nelena wouldn't help, it DOES. There has been more interest in Nick and Selena than there was in a long time, I see a new another post about them on OU and AD every time I check my friendslist. They are getting more and more visibility because of each other. People who might only know Selena will know Nick, and people who only know JB will know Selena. Nick trends every other day and nelena sometimes does too, and obviously Nick can't use Miley this time because of Liam, so if Selena's single or hiding a relationship (especially if the latter), and Nick and her are on good terms, both with a fairly recent album, a publicity stunt would be the most logical and smartest thing to do, as they're both genre savvy people.
And, the timing...we know that Nick and Selena were friends before, why suddenly get back together? Around the time that Nick gets a twitter? Oh, and a band. And an a1bum. And concerts. There was a comment somewhere from a trusted fan that comments all the time that the paparazzi told them they were called for the Mr Chow's thing, and I find the We Are The World thing really weird, because she showed up for five seconds just to leave with Nick? If they had a date the girl that drove her to WATW could've driven her there, I assume, so mostly it sounds like she's there just to be seen, because being dropped off to a star studded event where the pap's definitely stalking out just to leave in five minutes with a rumored boyfriend doesn't smell fishy. And yeah, they could be dating for real with the publicity as a bonus, but I doubt they'd say the "I'm just being young, it's not serious" thing all the time, with Selena saying that she has/had a crush on Logan Lerman, Justin Bieber, and now David all the time. Even if you are dating someone casually, it's just kind of a weird thing to say, unless they're in a open relationship like apparently jemi which would be more out of Selena's character than dating a guy older than 18.
Where's that OU comment from? That's definitely interesting. I'm pretty sure that Nelena is a publicity stunt but I never really seriously figured it was to cover for David. Well...we know that Selena's pretty involved in David's family and that David has met Brian and Mandy. I remember reading somewhere that Mandy doesn't approve of David though, but I don't remember where that is from...
I feel like she keeps talking about turning 18. bb, my delena heart can't wait either. Also AAAAW at the actual post. It was insanely obvious but it's nice to be canon.

I loved the way you put that! Yes, it will happen. If it hasn't already. This year is exciting because all the underage disney kids turn 18, and I mean, if Disney doesn't order a season 4 of wowp, technically they're not playing siblings anymore and will probably erase the rest of the line, ahaha.
Yeah, so I'm thinking it was made up by some anti-David fan, because the fam seemed pretty close with him. and they haven't objected to her hanging out with him, or going to scary haunted houses together like some two teens on a first date or anything. But the one thing that makes me think that if that comment on OU (oceanup by the way, is a gossip website like anythingdisney, but unlike on anythingdisney most of the members are 12 and on crack) is not about David is that the same commenter said they've been dating for a year. David was dating Mariah Buzolin awhile back, definitely within the year, but I can't think of any other older guys Selena could possibly be dating, besides someone completely new and not famous, but I don't think that's even possible at the moment.
Well, she said in a seacrest interview that she thinks that he's going to be a huge star and positively gushes over him, and on the Bonnie Hunt show Bonnie tried to convince Logan to find her and ask her out, so I think that's actually kind of possible. I would ship it, too! They're both adorable so together they'd be the cutest thing ever. *-*

我觉得那个应该是一些不喜欢David的粉丝胡扯的,因为很明显的她家人和他很熟啊. 而且他们也没有阻止Sel和他来往,也没有不准他们两个单独去鬼屋(根本就是两个人第一次约会的感觉).不过有一点让我怀疑OU那个留言是不是真的关於David,因为那个人也有说他们有交往过一年,David之前有和Mariah Buzolin交往过一阵子,不过一定没有一年,我也想不到Sel和其他比她年纪大的男生交往,除非是一个新人或者圈外人,不过看来是没有可能的.
她在Ryan Seacrest的访问里说她觉得Logan会成为大明星,还一直猛赞他,然后Logan上Bonnie Hunt Show时Bonnie有试著说服Logan去找她然后和她约会,所以我想某程度上是有点可能吧. 我也很萌,他们两个都很可爱,如果在一起的话一定会是最可爱的情侣.

I think her parents really like him, but come on, her mom is super-involved in her life and I don't see Mandy letting her date someone like David during that time (especially after all he did while in PR, haha). Her mom is probably just against her dating an older guy that clearly does not worry about wearing a purity ring, if you know what I mean.

我想她父母蛮喜欢他的,不过,你看她妈在Sel的生活圈里那麼的活跃(翻的是有点怪),而且我不觉得Mandy会让Selena和像David这样的人约会(尤其经过Puerto Rico之后). 她妈妈应该只是反对她和年纪比她大的男生交往,一些很明显不把贞洁戒当回事儿的男生(应该知道是什麼意思吧).

Selena is much more popular now after the PR with Nick, so I guess that’s just part of her job to promote her music. It’s kinda strange and actually annoying that no news about Delena at all after this PR thing is started, are their publicist told them to tone down Delena so they could sell Nelena in more believable way because let’s face it Delena is hotter and much more compatible? lol. There’s only one news on OU that fans went to WWOP taping, she and her friends was walked out by David and Selena, apparently Selena doesn’t let David surrounded with fan girls alone, lmao.
Yeah turning 18 but still in WWOP that means no confession will be made anytime soon. I kinda wish WWOP to be end soon as their storyline started went downhill and they kept on adding bad love interests, but I like Delena to hang out together during the filming, such a dilemma.

The one that allegedly Selena wrote the blog about she lost her friend coz he chose his gf over her, and people suspecting it’s the triangle between Selena, David and Lucy, but she quickly backtracking that her myspace was hacked and she wasn’t wrote the blog, but people don’t buy it coz honestly what kind of lame hacker wrote the blog with small details, real hacker would posted something more outrageous like her versus Miley that would create more buzz.
I remember there’s someone mentioned on forum that David likes I Won’t Apologize in live chat or something when her album was first come out, why would he like the song she wrote for someone else? And in the recent concert, she said before singing, she said everything about the song is in the past.

yeah, that's what i first thought when david said that, as well. and i thought it was really adorable. =3
personally, i don't even think she's with nick right now, not really. admittedly i haven't been keeping up to date with the gossip, but even nick himself seems like he's more focused on other stuff than dating right now. and she doesn't strike me as the kind of girl who goes back to an ex-boyfriend. she does strike me as the type that sticks to her friends, though-- and if those outings with her friends happen to attract publicity, well, who knows. but i don't think they're, like, together together. *shrugs*
but i do agree that she's not dating david in secret... and personally, i wouldn't want her to. not until she's well after 18 at least, and preferably away from disney. i don't want people giving them any kind of slack about him being older or the "sibling" thing. when they do get together, it will not be squicky in any way. *nods*
