Job interview is essential nowadays when you are seeking a job. It can help both the interviewer and the interviewee to make the decision.
For ther interviewee, there are many factors involved in it.The first impression is certainly very important. A good appearance and a good manner toward the interviewer means a lot when you faced with the interviewer. Also, your professtional knowledge and academic background could be equally important. No one will employ a
staff without enough capability. You should try your best to show your abilities. Also, self-confidence and factualness means a lot in the interview.
To conclude, you should prepare well before the interview, both physically and mentally.


Fight against Piracy
Our government is paying more and more attention in fighting against piracy nowadays. However, the number of pirated products is still very large in our country.
We should realize that the anti-piracy efforts are not only the government's duty. The public also play an decisive role in the campaign.If we realize the fact producing pirated products is stealing from others' intellectual property rights, we well certainly refuse to buy them. And if no one buys them,the products can't be sold for profits and will certainly disappear.
Developed country has already pay a lot of attention at fighting against piracy, and we should follow their example.

In traditional Chinese eduction, students are deprived of the chance to show our creativity. We are accustomed to teacher-centered education and dare not to challenge anything conventional.
However, the passive education has caused a lot of problems. Students has been used to the traditional teaching pattern and do not have any innovative ideas.They are getting used to depend on their teachers and most of them lack the ability to solve problems by themselves.
As you can see, we should pay more attention at the educational blackhole and let the students to develop their creative mind. Our country is developping rapidly ,and only by doing so can we cultivate more competent peoples.
