———赵雅芝·《孩子》
小时候，我每天回家看见妈妈
心里就觉得好温暖、好亲切
现在，我做了三个孩子的妈妈
我终于感悟到，小孩子长大的时间只有短短十几年
他们成长的过程看也看不够
我要用更多的时间来陪小孩
因此，无论是在国外还是在祖国大陆拍片
我总是每个月回一次家
至于打长途电话和孩子们聊聊天
更是家常便饭
我只是希望孩子们能拥有快乐的童年
至于他们今后的发展，全看他们自己的兴趣和能力
好在他们都像普通的孩子一样天真可爱
并没有因为他们的妈妈是赵雅芝而有什么不同
祝愿孩子们健康成长
祝愿普天下的小朋友快快活活．．．
Children
When I was young, I would always be delighted at the sight of my mother the moment I got home. And it’s now when I have become a mother of three that I finally realize the transience of children’s growing up, which slips through my fingers before I can take time to appreciate it thoroughly. Thus, whether I work at home or broad, I will always go back once in a month, and more often will I get to the kids through phone calls, just for spending more time with them. I wish that they can have a happy childhood. As for their careers and later developments, all these depend on their own interests and abilities. Fortunately, they don’t feel any different because of their actress mother, but are just as cute and lovely as other children. May they grow up healthily. May happiness bless children all over the world.

生活多美好
每天早晨，我急急睁开眼睛
注视窗外灿烂的阳光
我总是那样激动
想着又可以高高兴兴迎接一天新的生活
过去的生活也好
现在的生活也好
未来的生活也好
我都用澄明的心情去喜爱着、憧憬着
在岁月悠悠的长流里
我们是荡着生命之舟的一条船
点点滴滴的生活都那样美好，且教我们成长
使我们有足够的智慧面向人生的风暴和险滩
为什么我们要鄙弃生活？为什么我们要悲苦着脸
老成而世故的人
会说生活是一连串痛苦的累积
我却始终不以为然
曾经有过很多日子，我在生活的阴影里走着
但是我还是仰起脸来笑
也享受着生活赐给我的酸甜苦辣
活着已经够奇妙的了
活着迎接并体验各种各样的生活
难道不是一桩更奇妙的事
Life
How wonderful life is!
Every morning, when I open my eyes, excitedly and hurriedly, looking at the world outside the window, which is bathed in the sunshine, I’m always overwhelmed with joy and pleasure. A new day has come. Whether it is past, present or future, I always keep a clear mind and thought towards life. In the ever-flowing river of years, we are just like boats filled with passion and energy. Life is wonderful and it teaches us lessons to help us grow up, equipping us with enough wisdom to face all the storms and dangers in our way. Why should we hate life? Why should we wear a long face? Those sophisticated say life is but an accumulation of all kinds of sufferings, which I don’t quite agree to. There are times—many times—when I lived in the shadow of life, however, I still turned my head up, smiling and embracing whatever life presented to me, whether it’s happiness or misery. Being alive is, as it is, quite fabulous, then isn’t it fantastic that we can live our life to the fullest and taste all the flavors?
