这个球有没有越位，首先，马奎尔的挡球，不影响越位的判断，参考条例：
一名身處越位位置的球員接獲對方球員的蓄意玩球(蓄意救球除外)傳來的皮球，不應被視為觸犯利用身處越位位置而取得利益之越位犯規。「救球」是指球員除了用手/手臂部外(守門員可在點球區域內利用手部觸球)，利用身體任何部份阻止、或試圖阻止一個入球或一個有可能的入球。 注意马奎尔就属于蓄意救球情况。
A player in an offside position receiving the ball from an opponent who deliberately plays the ball (except from a deliberate save by any opponent) is not considered to have gained an advantage.
A ‘save’ is when a player stops, or attempts to stop, a ball which is going into or very close to the goal with any part of the body except the hands/arms (unless the goalkeeper within the penalty area).
其次，躺着的哥们有没有干扰比赛，那就看主裁的的判断了，主裁和VAR一致认定他影响了曼联球员，参考条例：
clearly attempting to play a ball which is close when this action impacts on an opponent or
making an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an opponent to play the ball
