We’d like to inform you that your IELTS Enquiry on Results (EoR) is complete. A test result will be issued to you after we receive your original test result.
Please complete the attached refund form and return it to us along with your original test report form to the following address:

After British Council (Taiwan) receives your original test report form, we will proceed to the next step for your EOR. We will notify you when the entire process is complete (excluding the final result) by email. Please note that we are not able to provide you with the results by phone or by email.
