Sexy tennis star Anna Kournikova has led an exciting life, from her time on the court to the countless magazine covers ... to landing Latin hunk Enrique Iglesias for a boyfriend! She tells Rachael that her amazing experiences started at a very early age. "I had the most incredible childhood," Anna says. "I started playing tennis when I was 5 years old. In the beginning it was really for fun, but then I started getting pretty good and started beating girls a lot older. At the age of 10 I came to America and lived in Florida at the tennis academy, and then I started playing professionally when I was 14. I was traveling around the world, seeing so many different people, cultures, countries -- it was an incredible experience."
Once the youngest semi-finalist to reach Wimbledon, Anna retired from tennis in 2004, but has had plenty to keep her busy. In addition to being a spokesperson for K-Swiss, she is also part of the Get Animated campaign with the Cartoon Network and the Boys and Girls Club of America. The campaign's goal is to promote physical fitness and combat childhood obesity, and Anna tells Rachael that she hopes kids will learn about the importance of playing a sport. "Sport gave me my life," she says. "I grew up in the Soviet Union where it was a very difficult life and sport gave me opportunities that I would never have had. Even if you don't become a professional athlete, you can play for college, you can play for your school, or even just do it for yourself."
