https://jingyan.baidu.com/article/9f7e7ec04dacc06f281554dd.html这是 hosts的更改方法很简单，C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc用这个地址可以找到这个hosts文件。然后用记事本打开。把关于Pycharm网站的那几行删了保存一下就可以正常进入网站了。你也可以复制下面这几行替换。然后保存就可以了
