职位名称： 生产主管 Production Supervisor  
  Responsibilities:   
    
1. Handle daily tasks in one shift and timely report to PD manager.
2. Assure achievement of production KPI in terms of quantity, quality and cost targets.
3. Active participation in continuous quality improvements.
4. Timely review the production situation, find improvement and saving opportunities（efficiency, cycle time, quality, space, etc）.
 
  Requirements:   
    
1. Bachelor degree.
2. More than 3 years working experience in manufacturing.
3. Possess good managing, organizational skills and team building skill.
4. Knowledge and practice on lean, ISO9000 and ISO14000, IE etc.
5. Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
6. 3 Shifts switch.
