职责概述 Overview of Function：
制定团队发展规划及人员能力提升计划并负责实施；制定团队工作目标，协调团队资源确保目标完成；开发新项目，确保交付物的准确性与及时性；协助商务团队获得新业务；完成公司要求的VA/VE年度降成本指标;完善工程开发流程.

l 制定团队发展规划及人员能力提升计划并负责实施Making Team development and personnel ability ascension plan and implementation
1、根据现实情况及公司发展需要不断完善部门的组织机构 Keep on perfecting Eng. Org according to company actual status and requirement.
管理有效性Management Effectiveness
2、制定能力提升计划，执行并监督各计划的实施情况 Make promotion plan, execute and audit implementation status.
l 新项目开发 New program development
1、带领团队贯彻执行PLUS程序进行产品设计与开发程序 Lead team implement JCI PLUS to do product design and development.
按计划完成Complete by schedule
2. 确保PLUS交付物准确性To ensure the accuracy of PLUS deliverables
3.参与新项目报价Participate in new quotation projects

1、针对客户及国家强制要求，不断技术创新
Continuous technical innovation based on the customer and national mandatory requirements
按计划完成Complete by schedule
2. 获得专利 obtaining patents

要求：
1、英语熟练；
2、了解产品开发全流程，汽车零部件行业；具有汽车行业研发部/产品部部门经理3年以上管理经验；
3、较强的管理能力；
4、本科及以上学历（第一学历统招本科以上）。
