foobar2000官网 12月23日消息，著名免费专业音乐播放器foobar2000更新至foobar2000 1.4 Beta1，本次更新主要是以优化解码器插件选择，转化器优化，界面优化,播放增益提升为主。目前只有英文版，喜欢这款播放器的朋友可以下载使用。
软件简介：foobar2000是由以前专门为Winamp写插件的 Peter Pawlowski 编写的一个革命性的高级音频播放器。foobar2000之所以出现在于他不满于Winamp 2.x的插件体系架构和更倾向于图形、皮肤的发展方向的Winamp3。据部分专业人士称，foobar2000降噪能力出众，不会出现Windows Media Player播放音乐时的微弱录音气息声。该软件除了音频管道之外，其余所有部件均为模块化，具备极高的定制能力。

新增偏好设定页面以调整已安装解码器的优先顺序。
DSP管理器对话框魔改。
将输出模式切换器工具栏项添加到默认用户界面。
转换器改进：
是否保留不完整/有问题的输出文件现在是可选的;默认删除。
改进的覆盖提示对话框
播放增益扫描改进:
将增益应用于文件内容功能现在可以在多个线程中运行，并支持MP2内容。
添加手动命令操作的.opus和Matroska的Opus标题增益字段。
播放列表和媒体库搜索使用类似于Unicode非对称搜索的新的文本匹配算法。
重做了默认用户界面首选项页面;改进了最小化和关闭行为的选项。
界面美化的微调;在各种对话框中连接到编辑框时有更漂亮的按钮。
清除Opus标签增益操作，得到的的值不再以5 dB偏离，当嵌入Matroska容器时，标签增益优先。
Matroska支持改进，改善了对没有seektables的文件的搜索性能。
可以在MP4和Matroska文件中选择不同的音频流。
实现WebM互联网流媒体播放。
