Fry your thighs

Canola oil, as needed
Bring a large pot of canola oil to 400 °F. Make sure to have a large enough pot to fry your chicken, filling with oil ⅓ of the way full. When the oil reaches 400 °F, use a slotted spoon or strainer to lower your breaded chicken into the oil. Fry for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Scallions, 1 small bunch, sliced, as needed
0.5 Tbsp.
White sesame seeds
0.5 Tbsp.
Black sesame seeds
Place your beautifully golden fried chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add enough of the Korean fried chicken sauce to lightly coat the chicken and toss until all pieces are evenly glazed. Transfer the glazed chicken to a serving bowl and garnish with the sliced scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
