Essential Responsibilities
1. Will offer meaningful assignments in different sales roles, which cover different products/ regions/ customers in China. The working locations of CLP should target at 2nd tier cities in China.
2. Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.
3. Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario.
4. Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard.
5. Will travel within and across the region.

CLP (Commercial Leadership Program) at GE Healthcare China create pipeline of future commercial leaders, who posses the skills necessary to succeed in sales or any other commercial related roles through
- Strategic campus recruitment to attract the right talent
- Rotational assignments based on biz needs to broaden commercial experience & connection
- Robust program management to build the solid GE DNA and leadership foundation
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Fresh bachelor/master graduates, major in Medical science is preferred.
2. Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
3. Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel
4. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
5. Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential
6. Fluent in English
