请问我的电脑这个为什么只能打开到出现游戏图标 但是登录器启动看不见窗口 半天也没反应

到现在登录器就出来过一次 卸载重新安装了一次 完全打开就没反应了
有时候会说我Exception initialising application: Access to the path "Frontier_Development
有时候说Exception initialising application: Failed to synchronise time with server.
