In the center of Tokyo, the breeze of the new year was blowing as 13,000 J-rock fans gathered under a sunny sky. They dressed up in all sorts of cosplay, showing their belief in the charisma of their favorite artist-- but they had one thing in common. They were all going to witness something miraculous tonight.
The PS COMPANY 10th anniversary memorial concert, “Peace & Smile Carnival”, a brilliant carnival of performances by all the artists from PS COMPANY...a group full of charismatic acts and personages in the Japanese visual-kei world such as 雅-miyavi- and The GazettE to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the agency’s establishment.

While they were in line, 雅-miyavi- himself suddenly appeared on the 2nd floor of the Budokan for a photoshoot and to increase the excitement of the fans. They became more and more electrified, even though they had been lining up for over two hours. The entrance was filled with flowers from friends and acquaintances of the company itself as well as other artists, waiting to welcome the fans to this groundbreaking show.
Opening act No.1 SuG
4 o’clock. The 13,000 people who filled Nippon Budokan were waiting for this moment. The first artist to appear in the air, heavy with excitement, was SuG-- dressed up in the same costumes they wore in “虏ロォルカラァ/Tricolor Color”. They announced their upcoming concert at Ebisu Liquid Room on January 12th. The intro of the first song of the night, “Vi-Vi-Vi” started. All the audience members, surrounding the stage, stood up to welcome the first song.

“Hello! We’re SuG!!” Takeru on vocal shouted, making the audience cheer louder. In the second song “LOVE SCREAM PARTY”, masato and yuji ran across the stage from right to left and left to right. At the center of the stage, masato tried to give yuji a high five, but yuji fended it off. The audience laughed and cheered to see their performance.
During the bridge of the song, Takeru went right from the center underneath flashing blue and red lights to run through the left side of back stage, an aisle set on the second floor. He enjoyed the 360-degrees of stage offered by the Budokan.

The fans were also excited to see unusual staging, and appealed the members on stage by extending their arms. During the final chorus, the band dropped to their knees and began headbanging. The audience then applauded for the first performers, not only for their music, but also for their cute actions on stage.
“We’ll be waiting for you at Ebisu Liquid room on January 12th! Thank you! Bye bye!” Blowing kisses, they left the stage, showing a real feeling of accomplishment.

Vocalist Byo opened his arms like a flying butterfly and broke the silence. The entire audience growled in welcome. The first song, “Death’s door”, immediately stirred the crowd into raising their fists and headbanging violently in the vivid red and blue light. From that moment on, the audience had completely fallen under SCREW's spell. The members were dressed up in the costumes from their latest single “Gather Roses” and stood in their usual positions on stage—Kazuki and Byo in front, Gin, Yuto and Manabu in the back.
