Our client is an Online, Fine Wine trading platform thatprovides a global Marketplace for over 400 wine merchants to buy and sell wine.
An exciting vacancy for Mandarin speaker has arisen in their logistics department. Our client offers the successful candidate the opportunity to start or continue their career as part of a forward thinking andthoroughly innovative branch of the wine trade.
The responsibilities:
· To be a trusted first point of contact for ourclients worldwide dealing with daily questions and queries
· Ideally at least one year of Experience in anoffice environment working with office technology ( E.g MS office, OutLook andExcel, CRM) is desire
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills
· Previous work experience in the wine trade and logistics would be extremely useful
· Able to speak fluent in English as well asMandarin (both spoken and written)
