一，岗位职责：Job Responsibilities
1、教授3到12岁儿童Teach 3 to 12 years old children
2、教学，培训及教研活动Teaching, training and research activity
3、配合参与和工作室的市场等其他活动Coordinates the market and other activities
4、与家长沟通学员学习情况，做好家校互动Communicate with parents about the student study situation, do home school interaction
5、对学员的学习结果负责，解决学员在英语学习中的疑难，并提供专业的咨询和学习建议Be responsible for the results of students learning, to solve the difficulties in learning English , and provide professional consulting and study suggest
二，任职要求：Job Requirements
1、具有统招本科（含）以上学历，主修英语Bachelor degree and above, major in English
2、英语基础功底扎实，口语标准、流利High English level, fluent oral English
3、对中西方教学体系和教学方法的差异有所认识Understand the difference between Chinese and western teaching system and teaching methods
4、开朗热情，富有爱心，热爱教育事业Bright enthusiasm, full of love, love the education career
5、有相关英文教学经验者优先Have related English teaching experience will be preferred
