下面是我向Polycom提交的技术支持信息,但是Polycom回复说终端类产品不提供支持,要求找供应商,但是供应商已经关门了,只好求助大家了。我查了一些资料,问题可能出现在BootBlock和SIP的版本不匹配,BootBlocker的版本需要3.0.4才能支持SIP5.X.X以上版本。问题现象就是高级菜单中没有了“设置”菜单项目,所以不能配置SIP账号,也不能设置网络等信息,也没有办法通过WEB进行设置,启动过程中也不能设置网络/升级服务器信息,因为密码变成无效,基本上就是一个砖头。这里有大侠能帮忙提供一个解决办法吗?谢谢了。

I upgraded VVX1500 online through the network, after the upgrade was completed, the versions are:
BootBlock: 3.0.1 (17960-001)
Updater: 5.6.4.3803
SIP: 5.4.4.3674
Components: 6.0.3.0012
The vvx1500 becomes unusable , the phone can start and entry disktop, enter the advance menu, there are only "Change user password" and "Reboot phone" items, can not set the sip account.
And during the reboot, press app+menu+hold+headset, then select "Setup" to setup network, enter the admin password "456", it shows "Incorrect password", I'm sure the password was "456" before the upgrade, but it don't work after the upgrade.
