Your responsibilities If e-commerce is at the heart of your interest, you are keen to work on projects related to Chinese markets and technology, then join our international, start-up-like team in our headquarter in Munich! You lead selected projects with strategic relevance and Group wide impact. You will drive these projects to completion and as such will be responsible for planning, steering, and monitoring these projects (eg. moving/opening new warehouses) You do not remain on the conceptual/planning level, but you are directly responsible for achieving and implementing results You are the crossroads between different departments (incl. Business, Tech, Product Management, Supply Chain/Logistics) and regional units and need to moderate the needs of the different stakeholders. You do whatever it takes to drive consensus and alignment from workshops to analysis, etc. In some projects, you are as well responsible for selecting and/or steering as well as monitoring external providers, providing build-or-buy recommendations to the top management You will have regular direct contact to the C-level executives, reporting at the Project Steering Committee or directly within project meetings Your profile Strong analytical mindset, while enjoying communication and interaction with others at the same time at all levels of seniority 2 years of work experience, in Consulting, Business Development, Product Management or as an Entrepreneur Entrepreneurial self-starter, who is passionate about driving things forward independently. You take ownership from A to Z, you feel comfortable to drive decision-making You work on understanding root causes and assessing alternatives, you are flexible to make a step back anytime to look at the big picture and find quick wins Striving for excellence, at the same time being pragmatic and solution-oriented Having worked/studied with international exposure and being able to interact with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures Strong English language skills, German and Chinese are a plus Fascination for online business, e-commerce and technology/IT.
