我的华为三层交换机不分配IP地址了，而且也不知道怎么回事也上不了网，求助！

大神，你好！请问华为ma5260（带语音）交换机，怎么能能看到里面的详细配置参数啊？一个华为ma5260的交换机带一个路由器，现在想换路由器，安装的人说要看看ma5260的详细配置参数才能安装新的路由器，但是现在这个ma5260交换机进不去怎么办啊？？？
