Hi,
Event ID 33 is logged in the Application log when you start an application that has versioning conflicts. This kind of error doesn’t affect the functionality of application. You can safely ignore this.
Follow the method mentioned below and check.
Method 1:
Try downloading and installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package and check if it helps.
