Hello Summoners,
Wow. Thank you to the countless Summoners who are sending positive notes of support since yesterday’s status update. We also want to express our appreciation to all of our Summoner Beta Testers who have put in so many hours on the new changes. Their enthusiasm and the community’s positive reaction yesterday has given us 3x Full Energy refills to help us on our Quest. The collaboration with players in this “beta” beta program has been stellar. The whole team is really excited about building a bigger, better, beta program to keep this collaboration rolling. The update is getting closer, and we have more details to share with you.
Yesterday we spoke about Parry and Block Proficiency changes, and full details will come with the update patch notes. Today we wanted to give you insight on how we are adjusting some of the Champions and Masteries.
Scarlet Witch
We want to maintain her effectiveness as an encounter “Swiss Army Knife,” while reining in some of the crazy buff scenarios that could occur before.
We’re removing her Critical chance penalty and improving her Cruelty buffs. Her damage output will be a significant improvement over v12.0.
We are boosting her Regeneration in order to improve her survivability.
Doctor Strange
We’re improving his Regeneration from each hit.
His block damage reduction while in armored mode will also be improved.
Black Widow
Her Signature Ability effectiveness will be modified with class advantage and disadvantage. This interaction with the class wheel was a suggestion from the player community and we thought it was a great idea. She’ll now be a great tool for dealing with tough Science Champions like Electro or Spider-Man.
Storm
We’re improving the damage output from her Signature Ability. You were right, she was not hitting as hard as she should be.
Captain America and Captain America WWII
Block Proficiency will be greatly improved over v12.0.
Base Perfect Block chance will also be raised.
Thor
We are testing a couple improvement options and have not yet decided on the final version.
Ghost Rider
We are improving his Regeneration.
Masteries
Recoil, Physical Resistance, Energy Resistance, Precision, Cruelty, and Block Proficiency Masteries will all be more effective.
Tomorrow we will share some more details on how some of the Quests have been adjusted.
And just a minor note, we know some of you are worried that your Alliance potions and other items expiring during this period of Alliance Quest and Alliance Wars downtime. We are looking into solutions for that.

    简单的说,
    女巫:恢复女巫的暴击和回血,恢复多少不知道,但比现在版本好;
    博士:恢复每次攻击的回血(补血状态时),护甲状态时的掉血减少;
    寡妇:把寡妇设计成专门针对科学系的,比如蜘蛛和电人;
    风暴:sp加攻;
    两个美队:格挡效率大大增加,基础的完美格挡几率增加;
    雷神:目前试了很多种,还没决定用哪种;
    恶灵骑士:回血增加;
    大家聊一聊吧,估计女巫,博士有希望回第一档了,二美应该也不错

        这次更新主要是削爆击,延长战斗长度,变相增加新英雄技能的价值,加强消费欲望。所有与此原则相悖的英雄技能,机制全都要避让

            你仔细看看,不是恢复女巫的暴击和回血。女巫削减暴击几率,增加暴击伤害。增加回血。

              我仔细看了看,关于女巫的更新,应该会让她输出更平稳,突出她减buff的能力,保持一线英雄的回血能力与输出。但相比之前一点会削她逆天的控制力,与回血能力。我个人猜测回血会比金刚狼稍差
