说英文时卡住怎么办？我的尴尬症又犯了

一、If you don't understand 如果你听不懂
"Sorry, I don't understand."
抱歉，我听不懂。
"Sorry, could you repeat that?"
抱歉，你能再说一遍么？
"Sorry? I didn't get that."
什么？我没听懂。

二、If you don't know the word 如果你不知道那个单词
"I can't find the word I'm looking for…"
我找不到那个我想说的词...
"I'm not sure that this is the right word, but…"
我不确定这是不是一个合适的词，但是...
"What I want to say is…"
我想说的是...

三、If you can't find the word immediately 如果你不能瞬间想起那个单词
"Well…"
"OK…"
"So…"
"Hmmm…"
"Uh-huh"
"Umm…"
嗯，你就酱
发出一些声音
以代表你还在听就好

四、Changing the subject 转换话题
"Anyway,…"
总之，...
"Well, as I was saying…"
嗯，正如我刚才所说...
"So, back to …"
所以，回到刚才...
"So, we were saying …"
所以，我们刚才在说 ...

五、Rephrase 复述一下
"What I meant to say was…"
我想说的是...
"Let me put this another way…"
换句话说就是...
"Perhaps I'm not making myself clear…"
可能我刚没把话说清楚...
