    My apologies to make you wait for a longer time. In this case we need to contact our concerned leadership team so that they will provide the required documents to the carrier. But for now they are not available so i will get in contact with them and make sure that required documents will be forwarded to the carrier team.
    也许我联系的时间不太对,这个客服也不知道。这个是他领导才知道的事情。我是感觉英亚和中亚的口径不太一致。

            刚刚联系了亚马逊客服,也说是英亚已经提交了相关证明,让耐心等待。如果订单预计到货日期25号前没到货是可以退邮费的,再联系他们申请就行了。

                        刚刚联系了英亚客服,也是说相关的证明文件已经都提供给了ups,并一再说请相信我的订单预计到达日期23日一定会送到我手里,虽然这个时间打死我也不信,但是结合楼上兄弟们咨询中国亚马逊给的回复,应该是已经提供了电池的安全认证文件了吧

                            01:18 PM GMT Prachee: I have checked and found that there was the issue with the scanning of the lithium batteries and the documents has been provided to them now its been resolved the warehouse scan has been done and you will receive the item on the estimated delivery date of Thursday, 24 November 2016

                            01:19 PM GMT Prachee: Yes and rest be assured that the you will receive the item on time and I have asked them to deliver the item before the delivery date if possible.
                            01:20 PM GMT Gary Gao: I didn't see any message updated in UPS website
                            No warehouse scan today :(
                            01:21 PM GMT Gary Gao: The last date of the message is Nov.19
                            01:22 PM GMT Prachee: I have also checked and ask them to update the tracking as soon as possible.
                            01:23 PM GMT Prachee: As the delivery date is of 24 November and the tracking get update according to the delivery date.
                            刚刚又去确认了一下,这下应该是没有问题了,他们已经把东西提交给了香港海关了。
