Hello 张七煜 and thank you for contacting Epic Games.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. So that I can investigate this issue, can you please do the following:
Ensure our in-game Cloud system is active.
To do so, follow these steps:
1.Pause the game to enter the Character Customization screen.
2.Tap the gear in the top right corner of the screen.
3.Tap “Options” from the menu.
4.Make sure Cloud Saving is enabled. If it is not, tap the button to turn it on.
5.Please leave Cloud Saving enabled until we notify you that it is safe to turn it off.
Do not play your game.
1.After activating Cloud Saves, kill your app by double tapping the home button and swiping the game away.
2.Do not launch Infinity Blade III until you receive an e-mail from me letting you know it is safe to do so.
Please reply with confirmation of these steps. I will e-mail you once you are clear to resume playing Infinity Blade III.
