Thank you for your email, we tried to pair Sony SmartBand 2 (SWR12) with the product running iOS9.2 system. The heart rate graph can be tracked and displayed normally. If your product cannot track heart rate successfully, please set your phone as the following steps and try again. Thank you.
1.Reset your SmartBand 2 (SWR12) and connect it with your phone again.
2.[Health – health information – myself- edit – input your birth date, gender]
[Health – health information – measure – input your height and weight]
3.[Settings – privacy – health - SmartBand 2- check the boxes.
4.If the problem still exists, you may clear the heart rate data (this will clear all the heart rate data), and try again.
