杏仁粉100 糖粉100,
蛋清和糖粉打至硬性发泡。然后和糖粉拌在一起,分两次拌匀的,挤好以后表皮晾了20分钟左右,表皮已经干燥不沾手,
温度:175/165 五分钟出裙边之后下火调160烤12分钟,但是出来就这样了,求帮助
