老鳖说，快过节了，想到自己美国还有祖籍意大利西西里岛的家人，就忍不住要做一些（黑）家（暗）乡（料）菜（理）
Was cooking all day getting ready for the holidays. I did nothing but think about my family in America and Italy, & Sicily today. And as I thought and smiled, I cracked yolk after yolk into fine semolina, folding it in slowly with a fork while I made mushroom stuffings, spinach and basil pesto lasagna, roasted garlic, lemon and pepper fettuccini TI AMO MOLTO 🇮🇹 I made some fresh hand cut, some with a traditional Pasta cranker. And some with a pasta machine to try it ( I didn’t like the texture so I stopped)
